Mental health reimagined: mind, body, heart, soul and spirit.
At Vanguard Clinic we know mental health. We know human behavior. We know holistic wellness.
We are a team of bilingual mental health clinicians leading the way with culturally-competent, clinically-grounded, and person-centered services.
Anxiety, depression, trauma, early childhood mental health (ADHD, autism), chronic pain management, and cultural/identity issues are some specialized areas of expertise. Our psychologists utilize various treatment modalities such as client-centered, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and play therapy when helping individuals manage their mental health.
Telemental Health Services
Our clinic is licensed to provide telemental health services, although services at this time are limited to the state of Minnesota. For additional questions, please contact our office.
Some clients may need more than psychotherapy to help them cope with their mental health. Our psychologists conduct diagnostic assessments to assist clients in further qualifying for additional support services (such as case management, ARMHS, day programming).
